The mindfulness exercises helped me to feel at peace even when I didn’t sleep, and after just over a month I have gone from being lucky to get 4 hours of sleep to getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night. Not only that, but the mindset the book teaches has helped me in managing my anxiety during the day as well, so I feel better overall than I ever did with years of therapy and medication.
